I want to return my product, what do I do?
If you have regretted your purchase, you are responsible for the costs of return. You are also welcome to return it to our workshop.

We refuse a refund if:
The product has been used
Damaged during delivery
If the product is lost during delivery, it is the buyer's responsibility. We recommend that you use a track & trace service.
I think my product is defective, what now?
If you suspect your product is defective, send us an email with pictures of the problem. If the fault is something that can be repaired and the product has not been put into use yet, we will fix it free of charge.
You will of course receive a shipping label from us.
If the problem is due to normal or extreme use, we will find a repair solution at a fair price.
I have returned, what will I be refunded?
In case of defects, we refund both delivery costs and the full price of the product once we have received the item.
Refunds can take up to 10 days.
if your return is 1 year after purchase, you will be refunded in store credits.
